Easy $350+ Per Day Offline

This is GREAT news, couple of things to watch for... even at $10 an hour this is a cash business so be prepared to deal with employees stealing from you. Unless there is a way to install some surveillance that transmits to a server somewhere so you can go back and review it will be quite possible that you may have some employee turnover.

Also I understand that fleet deals give you some volume but I also hear that the dealerships beat you down on price pretty badly. Maybe a Lambo dealer would be different, only one way to find out.

On the other hand I also have a TIP I used to do sales at a company that sold extrusions, the employee parking lot was made of shell and dirt, you probably have seen these since you are in Fl like I am. Anyway a detailer showed up every Friday (payday) and gave the owner of the biz a free wash, in exchange the owner announced via email to the staff that the detailer was downstairs.

Every Firday he did between 10-15 cars which at an average of $40 is $400-$600 in one day at one stop and took him maybe 3hours.

Thanks for the input and great tips! I can understand you completely in regards to trusting the employee(s) with the funds though I have been the onc accepting the payment(s) from customers no the employee(s) so I don't have to worry about this happening and this is the reason that I'm their each day. I just collect the payments and make sure the employee is doing their job and to make sure they're getting the vehicle(s) done quickly. I don't do any of the cars or washing myself I'm just overseeing and supervising the operation to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

good idea! When you decide to scale up you will have no choice but to leave them alone so just make sure to keep that in the back of your mind.

Any form of manual cleaning such as carpet cleaning, car cleaning and window cleaning are proven methods for a solid reliable income. You just need to keep motivated and positive and you goals will be reality.

office buildings, people are parked at work for at least 8 hours, perfect time for a wash/detail.

looks like you are moving in the right direction

I'm glad you're pumped up, and I definitely see you making the 10k back within a short time, but I've got to say, that was a LOT of theory craft and number speculation.

You assume how many fliers 2 teenagers will pass out per day, you assume a response rate, you assume repeat business, you assume a customer per hour at a gas station (where people are going in for a coffee/donut or to get gas to on the way to work), you assume... a lot.

I don't doubt this will pan out to be a nice business, but just don't get too down if things don't play out as quickly or as well as you anticipate.

Things rarely go as planned when it comes to speculation, even for the most conservative numbers.

Edit: I saw someone mention that since this is a cash business (the gas station, anyway) you should be prepared to have employees steal from you. This is really easy to combat: get the SquareUp (It's a card reader for smart phones, there's others too, you may want to search for the best deal), buy a decent smart phone, and let the employee have it for the business and personal use. That way you can also accept credit/debit, less cash is available to steal, and the employee gets a nice perk (free phone/no phone bill while employed), it will make him less likely to betray you if you take care of him.

Yeah this is something that has already been on my mind and office buildings are definitely something that I'll be targeting.

I understand that I may have assumed a lot but I tempered my enthusiasm with reality and chose those numbers conservatively and business has been going the way that I anticipated so my assumptions weren't too far off from how business is going so far. I do understand though that it could change at anytime though I'm trying to combat this variable by creating strategic marketing strategies and only time will tell if it will work and if so for how long. :)

Are things still going well Veyron?

Yes they are, since my IM business has picked up, I actually have a few people working full time running this business for me so it's not taking anytime away from me now which is nice. I'm currently making around $125 per day from this business for doing absolutely nothing. I now have steady clientele, a company site and great workers and it's been a nice passive income business for me.

Dang man! That is crazy! I did once consider starting a mobile detailing business, but the concept of outsourcing it, and using SEO to rank and get traffic, thats just extraordinary! One day would love to try something like this when I have more financial cushioning.

-How long for you, did the SEO take before your site ranked for your geo area/keywords? You used SEO packages or do 100% of it yourself?

definitely will try this method when i have the time, as for now i am still on the learning process of this :)

This is a pretty cool business method. I'm actually in the palm beaches to and I travel to and from miami every day for work. Maybe i'll grab a car wash ;) haha. Hope everything's still working good for you on this man, its always great to make money, but when you can give other people jobs in the process it makes you feel good

Awesome idea. These types of threads make my creative juices flowing again.

Cheers OP!

Great glad to hear. The purpose of this is to spark some interest and ideas! :) It's all about being creative and finding a way to supply a service to meet a demand.

Try the car dealership business once you have a substantial amount in your budget. It pays off much more. Here we make around 40k a month, and our lot fits only 20 cars at a time.

A car dealership is another great business. A friend of mine runs a pretty big "Buy Here Pay Here" dealership and he makes great money every month.

I know a few people in the auto detail business. It's a good offline income if you lay your ground work right.
