Hello

I am looking for free sign up offers to promote.

I found offervault and it has great selection of affiliate networks but they all require application process and so far my application has been rejected in two networks (because I have no experience in promoting such offers). So instead of wastig my time applying for each network that exists,
Does anyone know a network which accepts newbies with no complications?

What type of niche are you trying to promote there are many different types of offers available from affiliate networks and you need to be more specific than that.
