I signed up for the app and it says I have to send them a dm to make sure I'm a top infulencer. so do you have to have followers to be approved for the app?

I have 6500 and was not given access to Plug, i dont think this method works

I want to make this clear
This method still works, though requirements have changed you need authentic/organic accounts with well over 10,000 Followers to be able to gain access to their platform as they have had so much traffic and growth that they needed to regulate it, also be prepared to show your demographics/geographics and insights to their team and possibly other related information so they can make sure you have high authentic engagement so if you botted followers or you're shadow-banned or something don't get your hopes up to be accepted.
Keep in mind if you have an account with 20k or 50k or even 200k don't expect to get accepted, I've also noticed that right now it takes a while to get accepted and some people are getting denied for many reasons so if you don't have patience don't complain to me I can't control how fast or if you get accepted.
Now to clear up the methods name proof of profit has been provided if you'd like specifics of anything let me know and I'll be more than welcome to share anything besides any personal documents or related.
To sum this up I don't suggest attempting this method at all unless you have a high traffic account with authentic/organic engagement/followers etc.

can't you use some sort of iOs emulator on pc or something like that ? (if that even exist) also, since I'm not located in USA, nor canada, do i have to use some vpn or something like that ? (proxy maybe?) LATAM user here (pardon any typo)
Well... it's hard to get accepted into the network mentioned in the post unless you can provide proof you own the accounts. I would advise you to consider implementing it via a different CPA network
