Hey, thanks for the guide! I downloaded the app and changed my itunes country first (i live in Europe). I'm only getting one offer which is the ''Caption Pro'' app. I downloaded it from my phone and actually got 10 points which equals to 50 cents so it actually does work. Sadly with only one offer that's pretty bad it will probaly be harder making alot of money but it does work! Hopefully i'll resolve that issue to be able to earn more money but still i'll be able to make money right now. So thanks again for the guide and goodluck to everyone.
EDIT: This is my first time doing anything like this so i'm pretty amazed and even i was able to do it with no experience, so it is a pretty easy and awarding method especially if you get all offers and not only one shitty one.

Someone stated in this forum after an email they sent to the developers they reached back and said that new members only get access to "Caption Pro" but if you do contact them they will release other apps to you if you meet their requirements

Yes,
They only use PayPal it may change, it's an easy way to release funds to a mass amount of people automatically and it offers protection and tracking information which is helpful.
They can change this at a later date I couldn't imagine that happening but stranger things have happened in the world.

The fact that you said "Random Instagram Page" is upsetting.
When you're doing PPI (Pay Per Install) or CPA you can't target "Random Audiences" you have to be niche specific as I explained in my well drawn out examples/posts.
Also I would like to point out $15 for a story on an account with 15,000 Followers is definatly not a steal of a deal sorry to break the news but I don't want you to keep doing this, I have personally found Influencers who advertise for $15 24 Story/Swipe Up and their stories get 100k+ Views which then that would be a steal of a deal
(I will not be releasing these Influencers, you will have to do the research to fin some for yourself)
What I'm trying to say here is find good deals, never pay market prices for shoutouts Influencers will always negotiate unless they're somebody with a High Following 10M+ then it may be harder, but it's still possible.

Of Course!
This method will definitely work with other CPA offers/Networks depending on the offer it may need some reconstructing but it would defiantly see results if done carefully and correctly.
Please if you do try using this method with other CPA Offers do let me know how it turns out to share with other people who have also asked this question and may be curious to see how this works as I am curious myself!

So, I found an email address and got a quick response, here is how it works. "For new sign ups we only offer Caption Pro. Caption Pro is actually free if you use the unique code associated with your plug account. It's not free if you were to just go into the app store and try to download the app."
I then get this response, after he told me he would give me access to the other apps.
"Hmmm. I just pulled up your account and it doesn't seem like you qualify to promote the suite of apps. You have the instagram account "My Instagram" listed within your Plug Account. My Instagram account doesn't currently meet the 10,000 follower minimum to promote apps for the plug.
With that being said, is there another social media account that I can take a look at where you might have that 10k follower count on Instagram or perhaps 1K on Snapchat?"
So, I guess I wont be able to use The Plug.

So there is a super easy bypass for this.
So if they email you back asking for a 10k Minimum Influencer page you can simply link one and share it.
Technically you don't own it but you will be advertising on it, I personally use my own Influencer pages that I own with a higher following but I have friends who have just used accounts that they were advertising on anywhere from 50k-2M Following and they seemed to get by easily with no questions asked.
They may have changed their verification process since then but it's just an Idea which may have some potential, I believe this method should still work!
