I always had this method in mind for the past weeks, so I took action
First, as I'm from Germany I had to change my App Store location to the US. Here is a link with a nice explanation: https://www.imore.com/how-change-countries-itunes-and-app-store-iphone-or-ipad
Then I applied for The Plug with my 10.3k Account - It took them approx. 24 hours to approve me. I could find all the offers mentioned by the OP and also went with Yarn.
Afterwards I scraped sources (babes/adult niche) and DMed them - this was 30 minutes ago, so let's see
Sorry wanted to edit my post but didn’t know how, anyways story is running on a small (79k) account for 10$ and this is what happens on my screen

The app also works outside of the US. You can change your location to your home country after the install.Thanks for sharing this! I would try it but,... this app is only available in Us, and I am not.
I saw @Paukerin link above on how to change store, but after having downloaded the app, it will work if I am in another country? If yes, i will try to install and try that method with my IG accounts
sign up to another apple id (go to settings - iTunes and Apple Store) and pick united states as your counrty. i do this and i can download american apps and i dont live in america

Yea all the people trying to find work arounds to get it if your not in the USA don't bother. Plug is going to realize that your sending them traffic from wherever and they will just end up not paying you. If they had the option to not pay you why wouldn't they? Exactly what they will do if they find out you are not in the US, and its pretty easy to find out.

You didn't say that there is a minimum number of followers you have to have on IG, so do you have any ideas how i can get approved with my real profile with 500 followers?
