I have job site which 8 yr old and mainly Indian job posting
adsense chitka infolinks everything banned,no idea how jobs can be copyrighted

any way to earn money?

You actually post the jobs or you scrape them and auto post?
 
You can rewrite the content of your jobs? So as not to make it obviously copied from another site or source? I don't know if it's applicable to what you're working with but I always rewrite or keep my content different in terms of wording from the ones I scraped.

too much effort
I have more than 500 job posts daily
 
Well, there's definitely no easy way in earning money online. It's either you get penalized or invest some time and effort in making new content. Or if you have the budget or manpower, assign a team to rewrite the contents. That way, you'll have original content that makes sense and not just spun text.
 
You need to have your own job listings. This can be done by allowing people to post on your website.
 
Promote PTC programs and earn through referrals

Many pay 10% of the earnings of your network
