Bhai I really liked your's idea I have few questions. I add you on Skype. You buy domains for your landing page or you use free sites like blogger, wordpress or wix?

Sorry Bhai but i can't share my skype id as i am not allowed to do this !

but yes i can share tips and trick - Yes you have to buy domain and then setup with blogger and make your landing page to get approval from adwords .

3 : Make Hotmail Email
4 : Register adwords With hotmail Email
5 : Address must be Real
6 : Billing information must be Real
7 : If you don't have Canadian VPS you can buy US but remember 1 thing select Canadian Currency :)

The OP claims a new account has a 500 CAD threshold, I've linked to a post from a Google Adwords employee who gives an explanation about the thresholds, so go figure.
