Earn some money I need help and advice please.

I had a great change in my life. From de last week, all is diferent. Need take care about my grandma, because my parents are no longer. Cant work out of home.
I want ask you for some advice or methods, how i can earn some money in internet? Some ways what works?I really need it, for continue to live.I need almost 200$/ month.
I have a web/app developer knowledges and 24 hours availability. What i can do for earn some money?Something works?I did a porn-site yesterday and now working in him seo.But meanwhile i need a method that can give me some money in the short term.Thanks in advance.

I'd tread pretty lightly before hitting either one of these guys up, OP.

What I would do is to forget the porn site, they are murder to rank + you have to wash your hands early and often when you own one of those, and look at the hire a freelancer section here and see who is looking for someone with your skill set.

That has a much higher % for probability of success than the other options presented to you thus far in this thread.
