Earn money with telemarketing

I live in Serbia but I have ring central account and Cisco IP phone with USA number. I just want to ask is there any affiliate websites where I get a list of people/customers and call them and offer them products or services. Then I get paid percentage or per minute or per lead...

I am working as freight dispatcher. I am searching loads for my trucks so I make 200calls per day almost every day.

I just want someone to give me some model, idea, or something. I will buy one more phone and I will call people

Thank you. I am using DAT, Truckstop, CH Robinson and JB Hunt board....

Now I want to find some TELEMARKETING company that will allow me to register and start calling for them.

Upwork, if you choose to do it percentage based everyone will give you jobs no matter that you dont have no reputation
also those freight brokers you call everyday? all of them need assitents, tracking updates, etc. all of them on upwork.They pay way more than what you make as dry van dispatcher outsourced in serbia
also on facebook you can find guys who own MC number and have 1 or 3 truck who will pay you 200$ per truck per week. 5 of those guys and you are making double your salary than what you make now as carrier dispatcher for some balkan trucking company boss.
