I've uploaded videos in the past that got claimed by the owner, all ad revenue went to them, not me.

i say he earned 10K $ plus because i have seen in this channel some videos on the top with millions views and not claimed if he hide that videos claims i can't say something then :P

OP the video will still run with ads when it's been claimed by the copyright owner. You're really assuming things at this point.
 
Ugh.. All you have to do is re-upload one of his videos and see if it's monetizable or claimed by the copyright owner... Simple.

This guy's channel can be shut down at any time. It's just that the movie companies (probably) don't care enough to take his videos down.
 
Lots of misinformation here...

If a video is claimed, the claimant can chose to block or monetize it. If they monetize it, all revenue from the ads on the video go to them.

If there is only one claimant, he receives all revenue. If there are multiple claimants, they get each a portion of the revenue.

If there is only one claimant, the claimant's name or ID shows as MCN in VidIQ etc. That's why you see WarnerMC as MCN here.

This guy not only earns just peanuts from donations, but is under constant threat to be shut down for good.

You're an idiot. He's been uploading for 6 months, has 156k subscribers and has 200 million views. If these companies could shut him down, they would have already, but they can't because he's only uploading snippets and not the whole film and as per what he posted and I quoted, they are not able to, due to fair use for review.
 
they can shut him down but chose not to do because they can earn from videos. They can file a claim or block worldwide and he will be done. rememer football highlights? not the whole match but still, channels get shutdown like crazy. There is nothing like fair use or review in this channel. and he will earn big in the future from this huge sub amount if he upload his own and allowed content.

Since you know everything, please explain to me how he's evaded having his channel removed for 6 months with tons of videos uploaded 200m views and 150k subs?

The most likely is that he is lucky and the content owners are happy enough to let him do the work and monetize his videos. Same was with WWE content for years until they decided to go after the channels and shut them down.

lol, so you're guessing? This isn't content from one studio/entity, this is from tons of networks/movie studios. You don't know and you're guessing, what we do know is he clearly has a way around it and my opinion is that he's using the law posted to get around copyright strikes.

Please read up on what the fair use doctrine is and you will see that it clearly doesn't apply here.

Just because I post something on my YouTube channel doesn't make it law or change YouTube's policies.

I'd suggest you learn to take criticism, but do as you wish. I'm out of the discussion now.
 
Lol...this is not difficult to do but he is not monetizing with adsense and definitely not earning pennies.
