i read these all things and i know copyright Disclaimer ... i have send email to this guy but not get any reply from him and still don't understand that how he bypass copyright after upload or during upload videos

This is not fair use, you can buy licenses at universal studios and other movie sites that allows to publishing Trailers.

What he's doing is definitely not in accordance with fair use.
I'm pretty sure he will get striked to death sooner or later if he's uploading them without permission from the copyright owners.
There is a chance he got a deal with them though.

You can research each video he has. His videos are being claimed by real company like SonyPictures & etc. In a way he is having copyright issues.

don't concentrate on donation friend because his earning pr month 10K plus $$$ and he is already mention in about area he still need new PC for work more
