E-Commerce T-shirts Journey

WELL OMG...here I go again. I have been a member of this forum for a while. It's terrible that the journeys that I pick to do for this forum come to a blazing halt, and my other projects do well. One would think the public ones would do better as people are posting words of appreciate, support, suggestions, warnings, etc. This will be the journey to change that because I am making it about something other than myself or money. Completing a side hustle is only doable when you are motivated.

I am motivated to do this because I will be donating a percentage of all profits to charity. At the start, it will be all sales proceeds. You might think...is this guy **** **** crazy? Well maybe, I like to think of it though like a win-win-win. In the spirit of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. It's also a tax deductible donation for me.

Anyways here is what you came here for, What have I done, and what do I plan to do.

Week 1-2:

1. Drop Shipper Found
2. Setup Etsy Shop
3. Built Shopify Website
4. Setup Instagram and got first 13 organic followers (Had to twist some arms for two of them lol) (10,000 followers or bust)
5. Started ROI Investment Testing on two different forms of Ads: Instagram Channel ads & Etsy Sponsored Listing.
6. Need to complete charitable donations for the first five sales. Reaching out to buyers, and asking where they want me to donate to. This is a slow process.

My goal for the next few weeks

1. Grow instagram. Setup ebay & google as a sales channel. Has anyone had any luck with walmart or pinterest sales channels?
2. Write 3 blogs, and then write 2+ Blogs a week
3. Start Youtube channel for this, and post 1 video a week.

Any Suggestions? Trying to make this a success. I once made a promise after being rescued from being stranded in an airport in texas and getting back to Colorado. The promise was to repay the kindness to always pass it on. This journey is my attempt to do so.
