Hey guys, I have a few questions for my Im journey I'm about to start. I decided that I wanted to create an e-commerce website and dropship my items. As I currently run a fitness page that is quickly growing (only at 10k atm) I thought about creating a fitness related e-commerce. I'm wondering if the niche is oversaturated/ will I have a hrder time ranking my e-commerce in this niche compared to others? Secondly I was hesitating between dropshipping from AliExpress and letting my costumers know the shipping time would take a while versus finding a fitness product dropshipper in USA that would reduce the shipping time. What are your thoughts on this?

My advice is to find a certain sub niche in fitness. Like, fitness for men over 40 or Fitness for work from home moms or something like that. Fitness is too broad.

Indeed, I was thinking of finding a specific niche (more like a micro niche site) but I wasn't too sure

Shipping from aliexpress can be 10-15 days for a few bucks. It's called epacket shipping. Get the Chrome extension oberlo, it will tell you which have epacket

Ecommerce and organic SEO is a pain. It's quite low converting compared to other channels like PPC and social media.

The problem is the product data you get will be the exact same image, description and everything else as everyone else uses. You will be fighting duplicate content problems from the start. Unless you have huge resources, you could be waiting a while for results.

If you already have a page in that niche and people you can push products on right away without all the messing around SEO brings then that's a really good thing, try that and forget about ranking things for the time being.
