Recently this thread made news on BHW - http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...so-far-4-hrs-thank-you-franklin-hattchet.html Credits to Franklin Hattchet for the method. I made good money off this method with my partner back when it was all hush but dropped out as I had other commitments. I'm thinking to get back in game now! Anyways, I am gonna give out the general outline on how we executed the method. WEBSITE AND NICHE: First things first. You need to decide the niche you are going to work in. Based on the niche you choose; you need to pick a suitable website name that resonates with your niche. For instance, we started off with the pet niche where we sold LED Dog collars. It was a simple product that had pretty lights around dog collar which made it stand out. We used wordpress with woocommerce as our website development software. It?s easy once you get hold of things and it contains tons of useful features. You can use this premium woocoommerce theme which I have shared here http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...flat-responsive-woocommerce-theme-latest.html Now, make sure you upload a few products on your website. Why? Because the website doesn?t look thin and spammy and you can also upsell other products for full price! Here is a small snippet of how my homepage looks like: Few Pointers: Your landing page must be responsive(duh!). Don?t make it too complicated. Keep 2-3 product images. The original price will be in strikethrough text and sale price as 0.00$. A nice big BUY NOW button will do the trick. I have observed other factors like product reviews and number of times the product has sold increases the conversion rate although it?s completely optional. Another important factor is page load speed. Using wordpress is great but it doesn?t come optimized ? You need to optimize it. There are plenty of guides here dealing with wordpress optimization. SETTING UP WOOCOMMERCE: Shipping: This is the backbone of this method because this is where the money is. Set your shipping preferences carefully. I suggest setting up different shipping rates to find your sweet spot. How much to charge: The amount you charge for shipping is heavily dependent on the niche you choose. For my pet niche I found $6.95 and $9.95 as good shipping rates where conversions were highest. Mailing: It?s VERY important for the customer to know what?s going on and an email is the simplest way of updating things. In a complete order, a customer receives 3 mails. - Order placed email - Order shipped email - Order delivered email Out of these 3 mails ? The ?shipped? and ?delivered? mails have other important roles. Since we are sourcing items from China, it?s normal for delivery to take 10-15 days or even 20 days in some cases. Now the ?shipped? email must mention it clearly that delivery of items can take 2-3 weeks. Knowing this, there will be less chargebacks from customers who are impatient. The role of ?delivered? email is simple. Upselling. This is the best time for you to pitch other premium products from your store where you can gain huge profits. Let?s not forget you are also building a targeted mailing list. Maybe I am loud thinking but you can always pitch them pet insurance offers or other pet related cpa offers. The possibilities are endless. Payments: I have used Paypal only as my payment processor. Create an email id [email protected] and add in your paypal. Now set this email in woocommerce paypal settings under Checkout->Paypal. One word of caution here, paypal by default accepts cheque payments. We do not want to accept cheque payments since they are post dated and there is no guarantee the cheque will not bounce. So I would recommend turning off payments via cheque. Coupons: This is optional but people love getting additional discount on their cart value. You may run promotions of 10% off the first order and collect emails too. Facebook Share Button: People love sharing. All you need to do is set up a facebook share button on every product page for some sweet organic traffic. Why only facebook because the traffic is driven by facebook ads. MAKING PROFIT: You may be thinking- Ok all seems great but does this method really make profit? Definitely. Let?s do some math here. When I started out with this method I was fulfilling 50 orders/day within a week. My facebook ad budget per day was $50. Item cost was $3. My average revenue per sale was $8. So 8x50=$400 revenue per day. Expenses $50(ads)+$150(Item cost). Net profit $200/day. I scaled up later on and had even better days. So all in all, there?s good money to make if you know what you are doing. If you have any questions, please do not PM me. Post your queries in the thread. That?s it for PART 1. If this info is useful and there?s enough interest, I will write a PART 2 soon which will cover how to procure an item on aliexpress, making relationships with store manager, managing orders and customer support. Cheers.
