I am pretty confused about which link would be better for SEO

Currently, my e-commerce website has links like these for categories
https://website.com/product-category/clothing-and-footwear/kids-baby/
https://website.com/product-category/home-and-living/home-decor/

And or product it has this link
https://website.com/product/eco-friendly-product/

Should I continue with this or should I go with these links? There is a plugin that does this

Normal Product
https://website.com/eco-friendly-product/

Please guide me or let me know what settings you use and what is good for e-commerce SEO?

If I was you, I would go for the second option because it is shorter and has the required kw.
