So I have in the past written e-books on various subjects, all from IM methods to my own stories.
However, I have recently gotten into quite a pickle with my economy and decided that getting back into IM will be my best shot for the time being.
Now, I've had quite a good idea on a IM e-book for a long time and decided to start working on it. Note that the reason to why I don't use this method any longer is because of the little time I have for it. I was wondering if anyone had any more tips on how I could market the e-book itself as I have no money to invest in this. My plan for the time being looks like this:
Finish the E-book, which is niche specific targeting a specific group of people. I am thinking either 15 or 20 USD a copy.
Once finished, set up a website/blog where I will sell the book and have a basic sales letter. Not WSO style, more..Personal.
To market the website I'll build targeted backlinks using blogs, forums and websites in the exact niche.
To continue gain 100% targeted leads I'll do a lot of commenting daily on forums and any blogs I can find. This will ensure that the visitors I get a potential customers.
Now, is there anything I've missed? I know there are more ways to market a book but until I actually make some investment money, I'll have to start small. Also, does this sound like a good plan to start with?
