What to do if I found duplicate content (same as mine) copied by another website/blog? What will be my next thing to do?

It's interesting. I thought u r going to ask opposite. Let's see the reply

In this case, you have 2 options.
1. If your content is totally copied then you can first contact the author and tell them to take down your content and wait for 24hrs. If he removes your content then it's great but if he didn't reply then take actions by filing a DMCA complaint.
2. If your content is partially copied then you can contact the author and ask to pass backlink to your site.

how to fill DMCA complaint?

You should first try to politely ask the author who copied your article by emailing the person. If your polite email don't work, then you should send a DMCA letter to the web host of that website.

Make better content, and watermark it, if you can just like you can image, or you can try merging images + text. I hope this helps!

Ditto.
You might want to contact the website owner/author first to take it down to save your time.
Make sure you really owned the content and not the other way around.

Yeah, that what i told him to contact the owner first and wait for 24hrs

Duplicate Content is considering in spamming and If you want, you post your content on the other site then you shoud describe cononical tag or Refrence link.

Do you want to rank that content or what?

If it's really important sensitive content, fill DMCA.

If it's only affiliate content or just info article nothing important, just move on, don't waste your time filling DMCA. To rank that content, you just have to increase your authority domain and page. Better than him and you will rank higher.

oh btw, post same article on other website is not duplicate content. Google define 'duplicate content' when there is same content on your website.
