I see other people that are very successful with dropshipping . On YouTube one girl claims to make a lot of money , using alliexpress and alibaba as her dropshipers . I want to try this, but most of the merchants on there are from China . i think that my products would take forever to ship to my customers . I feel that my customers may not want to wait that long. What is everyone's opinion on this ? Has anyone had success?

Are there any good reliable USA dropshippers instead? I am having a hard time finding reliable ones through google .

Sort the aliexpress via "epacket", they will reach faster.

epacks shipping worldwide is ~10-15days which is ok.

OP: Because someone claim that is making lot of money via dropshipping doesn't means that is easy.

You still need lot of SEO/Marketing work and in most cases budget for advertising.

Firstly Dropshipping is a lot of work. Be prepared to handle the customer inquiries. If you are not ready for the additional workload then this is not for you.
Second, payment processor. Most if not all payment processor DO NOT LIKE DROPSHIPPING. In fact even paypal frown upon dropshipping due to higher chargeback rate. Eventually you will be asked for invoices from suppliers (as paypal assume that you place the order and paid in advance) and if you explain that you are a dropshipper, they will most likely limit the account and say thank you for your business but due to risk management they decide that they cannot continue the business with you.

Payment processor can be a pain. Sort this out before you get into dropshipping.

Third marketing, you have to make sure that you are selling something really unique to standout from the crowd. People do not just come to your web shop and buy. Where is the trust? Why should they trust to buy from you?

Product sourcing is another area of problem. How do you handle the unreliable shipping timing from China supplier? How do you handle the situation when product get stuck at custom for taxation? Who is going to pay for the additional taxes?

Look through your list above and if you can answer all then you are ready for the basic of dropshipping.

The problem you face is Amazon, most of the time it's next day delivery. Not many people from the UK trust the site as it's full of rip offs, even the ceo has admitted it

I have done successfully dropshipping from AliExpress, Bangood, Dx.com with E-packets. Reach customer around in 14 days. It's doable.

Does anyone know about Dropwow dropshipping marketplace dropwow.com? It is an alternative to Aliexpress but with more functions for dropshipping automation.

As others have said use ePacket and make sure the buyers know that shipping may take up to 2-3 weeks

One time I tried dropshipping with aliexpress. It was horrible. After 12 days the customers will start asking what is taking that long. Then they'll start asking for refunds etc etc. I just shut down that site. It was a mess.

these chinese won't ship your product at time or they will take years i can say because i ordered some months ago like 2month 3otg adapter for few cents but still on the tracking area it's shows product still in chinese airlines so my advice is to choose epacket or wait long as you can as i'm waiting!

You can dropship if you have a low chargeback rate (less than 3% of sales if I am not mistaken, above that it is up to the risk dept of Paypal to access your business nature.) and you need to produce invoices that you have purchased the goods upfront. If you cannot produce this invoice (chances are that you can't since you only purchase when customer pays), then paypal will look at the value of the product that you are selling, types of product, etc to assess if it is worthwhile to take a risk on your business. Stripe on the other hand makes it very clear in their terms of service that they DO NOT ALLOW dropshipping. I think same applies to 2checkout.

    Refer to this thread: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/does-2checkout-prohibited-dropshipping.853473/

"Please provide the following information/documentation via email, fax, or scan so that we can move forward with your review: COMPLETE SUPPLIER INFORMATION AND INVOICES FROM THOSE SUPPLIER FROM WITHIN THE PAST 6 MONTHS - OR A COPY OF A DROP-SHIPPER AGREEMENT AND INVOICES SHOWING YOU HOLD STOCK FOR THE PRODUCTS YOU ARE SELLING"

Almost all payment processor will want to work with business that hold inventories. Not dropshipping without inventories on hand.

Well this sucks. 3% doesn't sound that much tbh.
This makes dropshipping sound hard. Really demotivating. I'm preparing for my own dropship journey myself, I've ironed out most of potential issues I could stumble upon but this is like the last thing I would thought would be a problem, and it sounds like a huge one. PP is the most popular and trust payment processor. I really wonder how can you do dropshipping without it. The constant worry of PP freezing your account... fuck
