@OP Used to do it until eBay changed their algorithm a few months back forcing me to change strategy and redo my code which I haven't got around to. Some people make good money at it. But don't believe the numbers you hear tossed around in groups or sales pages - most make shit. And that was before eBay started dinging accounts.
You need a repricer. I would suggest a private one *if* you're trying to hide the fact you're a dropshipper. There are a couple of public ones - last I heard they were being looked at as a potential footprint and if eBay fingers you as doing retail arbitrage they ding your rankings. Doesn't kill your account just makes it harder to make real profit. I'd also suggest a tool or a VA to help automate your sourcing otherwise it's a long grind.
It can work. Don't get your PayPal banned over it but other than that give it a go. Who cares if you lose an eBay account. Do your research before hand. Join a bunch of the groups and see what people are currently doing.
