Hi there, I have recentlly got a great new dropshiper and want to start selling on ioffer. I want to sell replica designer caps on ioffer using my dropshiper in china, I live in the UK and would like to know what the risks of doing this is, is it legal for me to do this as I will never actually be handling the item. If anyone can help me out that would be great.

If your dropshipper is reliable then that would be okay. And I understand your preference of not having to handling the item which is both time and financially consuming. However let me tell you that I have been burned in the past by a "dropshipper" in China. So I hope you really trust him and have received a few items from him to test the merchandise. For the legality of course it's not legal, but it can be a great way to have some income to later go on to more "whitey" projects.
