Drop Shipping & Fast Delivery? Is that even possible?

First of all, I am not sure if this is the right section for this. But lets go.

I am about to start with drop shipping in about a week or two.
All I worry about right now is the delivery time. Most people nowadays
do not accept waiting for over 6 weeks until their purchased products arrive.

So what is the solution? A warehouse?
I don't think that a solo drop shipper has the capital or investment for warehouses on different
locations, like Amazon or other sellers got. Most stores offer a delivery time within 3 business days.

My ideas of avoiding long delivery times:

- to not buy from china (which will hurt the profit)
so this is not really an option unless you find a good niche and market

- to pay 20-30$ for "fast" delivery (7-15 Days) and only sell expensive products, 500$+
would still be profitable I assume

- to buy a product in bulk & ship from home or a single warehouse
this method would be very risky due to investing, unless you already got a high demand of this product

I already collected a lot of information and knowledge about drop shipping.
I got skills as SEO, marketer, promoter, designer, web developer and filmmaker.
So I won't have any trouble setting up a shop which has proper SEO, daily traffic and
high quality graphics & design. The only thing which bothers me is the delivery time.

Would be very happy to get some ideas and help of someone who already
launched his own drop shipping project with success or maybe even with failure.

Not in the niche but I follow a few big people in it. They say always filter for suppliers who ship based in USA. Takes no more than a week to get the item. Usually <5 days (assuming customer is also in USA). There are a few huge dropship threads on the making money board. Check them out if you haven't yet.

How do you planing to deal with chargebacks and fraud buyers ?

YES, it is possible !
I pay 3 USD extra fee for each of my product for a 10 days delivery. It is possible if you know a good supplier

Thats a good idea for paying fast shipping, but expensive products have expensive shipping to don’t expect 25-30$

i am working with a shipping company on china, they are delivering in USA in less that 17 days and the price allow me to have margin, and i can give my customer a Fedex - USPS tracking number no the chinase tracking number, that helps

You can try "Print on Demand" services. They usually ship in 2-5 days.

It really depends on your niche if you can find a Chinese supplier with a warehouse in the US so you can have a good margin and fast shipping. Just keep looking on Aliexpress for suppliers that ship from within US

It is possible yes, but you have to find a supplier that has warehouses in many locations. There are many suppliers that have warehouses in several places in the US or Europe, apart from China. Basically, it depends on your target audience and their location.
