Recently I started up some profiles on upwork and freelancer for graphic design, web development, and SEO services.
Now I don't have all the time in the world and honestly I never intended to do the work myself.
So I hired a VA to respond to listings on the platforms and take orders. $200/month
I also purchased the plans on upwork and freelancer that let me bid a freaking ton on projects so that is an added cost.
For the work I am using services here on BHW that advertise that they are open to white labeling their work so I avoid the issue of stepping on anyones toes and breaking rules.
My structure for how I built the bids was simple, I reached out and asked for samples of the BHW sellers work, with their sales pitch and some modifications I had my VA pitch the service to applicable projects on UW and FL at a 50% mark up.
It took a while to get some bites because I did not purchase reviews or any such thing on the platforms but some people decided a fresh account with no reviews was worth the risk and I got 4 in the first week of trying.
After those 4 orders were successfully fulfilled I got some reviews (and about $150 in profit after all costs to boot!) and then things started to pick up.
On average I am getting 6 projects a week at this point ( after two months) and the average profit per week is between 150-400 usd.
Just thought I'd throw this method out there again, I know I'm not original in this at all but I wanted to give a gentle reminder and perhaps expose some newbies to this approach.
