    Of all the panels I've tried on here, this is by far the worst. Should probably avoid non-pinned threads from now on. Inspired by the SMM Heaven thread, I don't want other members to experience the same mistake I made. My remaining balance isn't huge but I'd still like it refunded back to me. I've given the seller a chance to respond. He was online yesterday but chose not to do so.

    This was over the span of a week. Most services do not work. I don't know what I deposited my money for.

    Orders were either manually cancelled after submitting tickets or automatically cancelled. "Please order from other servers." But there were no other servers in the same service category. As for FB followers, the entire category was closed after I submitted my ticket. There were no warnings or announcements anywhere so I basically bought into a service that didn't exist.

    Submitted a ticket asking for refund with a warning of shit listing. Left a comment in the thread above with a warning of shit listing. While we're only at the 36 out of 72 hour mark, the ticket response blatantly ignored my request to have my balance refunded.

    Hi there, @annoy I have already responsed and updated you on ticket, it was a mistake from our supplier side and we even refunded the full order balance in our panel.

    Please do send us your panel username, we will happily refund the full amount you uploaded, if you're not happy with our service.

    Panel ID is the same as the one I have on here. "Full order balance" just refers to orders where services were not provided, but the deposited balance stayed on your panel. I requested a refund on the deposited balance and have only gotten a reply after this thread was open.

    We are in the process of having my deposited balance refunded through BHW's PM. We'll see how that goes. Updates will be provided.
