Download YouTube private video with access

Hi guys,

Lately, I've visited an online course which I paid, but they only shared me access to the private video which they'll take down in the following days.

Since they want to use the same video for future courses, they don't allow you to have the .mp4 files.

My question is if there is any way I can download the video?

It doesn't help with www.ssyoutube.com/ and the video ID.

About screen recording, the video is 5+ hours long. Anyway, I could leave it overnight, but could you recommend me an app for screen recording?

OBS to private livestream on youtube or if you have enough space record to hdd
