Currently the version in the catalog will cause all the post editing page not accessible/black page.

Yes, Lifetime plan gives you 1 activation and you can transfer it.

I tried to use the plugin Wordpress auto spinner but it says "Error: License is not valid, please visit the plugin settings page and add your correct purchase code" on the log when trying to spin a post.

How to resolve this please ?

I'm not seeing any issues on my end. Which spinning method are you using? You can't use any of the API methods without a valid purchase code to use this plugin. So you're really only limited to the "built-in synonyms database" option.
