Doubt on Flippa...Any Flippa Expert Here?

Hi, I am seeing these bidders getting banned on almost all "SOLD" sites and what amazes me is that the amount on which these sites/domains got sold, that particular bidder is suspended/banned. Why is like that?

And when the bid winner gets suspended, does the amount gets refunded to the bidder and then he/she is suspended?

If they can't pay up for the site they bid for, they are banned by Flippa.

Most likely it is shill bidding done by the sellers themselves to inflate the price of their auction.

Oh it's kinda like they have other fake accounts and they use those accounts to put higher bids so that some actual person can bid more and buy his thing? More like faking a high bid, right?

But tell me, when they do these things, don't that amount immediately gets taken out when they bid? Because their card is added to their account, right?

It's not that hard to create a bunch of fake accounts.
