Doubt in opening second paypal account!

My paypal account has permenantly limited. I have planned to create another paypal id.

I know that i have to use new ip address, pc, email address.

My doubt is the bank account should be in different address or can i use the same?

If same whether paypal check my bank account registered address?

You can make one more as for as i know.
I have 2 accounts on my Name with the same PAN number & Same address.
The bank account should be unique.

I can't see how the bank account address would have anything to do with paypal.
Even if it was indeed the same, that's not reason enough to conclude that the account holder is the same.
People move to other houses, houses are rented, some addresses have multiple units, etc. I really don't see that there'd be a link.

So, the address in the bank account will not be checked by paypal?
Because i have planned to open bank account for my father and create paypal account.

Even you can use your own name and same address dude
the verification method should be unique ( bank , cc , debit card )
