Yes, I believe PayPal allows you to do that, you can add multiple email addresses

Not sure but why not add the new email address then try deleting the old one? If it works then great, if not then just use the newly added one on your business website

Yes this is possible, but PayPal will see this and link the accounts for sure. Make sure not to make any risky transactions (100+) for a while as the other account could be frozen.

Yes definitely. You can do that from your account settings. Add the other email, set it as primary, and then remove the unwanted ones.. in fact, you can have multiple addresses all linked to the same account. If you can't find the setting, post here n we will give you the link.
Since it is from same owner then I think it won't froze. I hope.
