Hi, I am trying to start a movie streaming website. I have a few questions, if you could help me, i would really appreciate that.

1) Am I safe if I host my website in DMCA ignored offshore hosting? I am currently choosing between zynoo, hostcay and qloudhost, which one do you recommend?
2) Should i purchase a bulletproof domain? Should I get the domain from different provider than my offshore hosting? Which website do you recommend to buy a domain from and what tld?
3) If I get a DMCA report, what should I do?
4) Should I pay with crypto when i purchase the domain and hosting or its not necesary as long as i buy dmca ignored offshore hosting? Should I fill in fake details(name address etc)

If my host is offshore(located outside US) and is ignoring DMCA, if they are ok to host the website knowing what I do, is there a chance they will suspend my account(I am asking to know if i should purchase the hosting for 12-36 months).

Is it possible for buletproof domain to get taken down?

1) Choose a server in Ukraine. urdn is pretty good, and vsys.host for dedicated servers.

2) Buy a domain name that is known for not taking down piracy websites. The way you may find that, is by taking an example of any pirate service and looking up where they host their domains and what domain zone they picked. Keep multiple of these around, make sure your users know how to find your services if your domains will get seized.

3) Take action on most of them, that way your service will last longer.

4) It ain't necessary to do that, if authorities really need you, they will find a way to get to you regardless.

Now, ventures around piracy and other similar things never last. Create a normal business and contribute something valuable to the world. Don't go down the path of doing unethical or illegal things, you will only waste your precious time.
