Don't Bother Applying To Hydra (See Inside)

These guys are pretty much bankrupt (http://www.nickycakes.com/hydra-network-financial-and-legal-nightmare) Apparentely making over 10k a month means you're sending WH traffic :D

Listen to The Cakes, he knows. Jus go with the network created by the former Hydra partners. w4.com :)

Sure, go with the doom and gloom. If the rush is over and there are plenty of suddenly unemployed affiliate marketers then damn, I'm going to start a dating website, verification site and some 'fat burning' solution drink that anyone can market.

I got the email.. and they accepted me.. I showed them a monthly earning of 6k through affiliate commissions. They will ask you a few questions on your current experience, and the networks that you work with.. If you sound convincing then the figure 10K is not hard and fast.

It is good to work with hydra.. The CPA gold rush is officially over.. just go with the best networks around. I too don't want to name those who are playing it slow now and might shutdown their sites.

Just go with the trusted names.

10 grand a month is no joke. Seems like they don't want to mess with the average affiliate. I would just stay away.

I agree, $10k/mo requirement is going to kill them. They better seriously rethink that one.

Yeah I just read that one an hour ago haha. That sucks, maybe I'll join in a month or two haha

For the guys here that have been doing CPA for more than 1 year, let me ask you a question:

ARE YOU SURPRIZED?

I mean seriously, being as how popular it has become to "Defraud the networks" and "make quick money by sending BH traffic" over the past 1 to 1 year and a half, did you think that maybe this was coming?

Common sense would tell you that if they don't keep there advertisers happy, they will leave and go to other networks. If they keep inviting noobs who subscribe to the "get quick overnight BH technique" ebooks and posts, and thousands of those noobs in turn keep chipping away at advertisers budgets while the advertisers themselfs see NO RETURN OF INVESTMENT, well, what do you think was gonna happen? Remember, all of these "methods" and "quick money techniques" takes advantage of somebody. So Do ya honestly think there are gonna make the same mistake that put them into bankruptcy in the first place?

Why do you think you never hear anything about Azoogle, yet you always hear other would be BH aff. say "stay away" whenever someone mentions them? Its because of precisely the fact that they are so strict that they are still around, because of the general type of "marketer" they attract. If they catch ANY, and I mean ANY, wind of BH traffic, they will ban without question. Yet, they are, more then likely, the top, if not the #1, CPA network out there!

Hydra got hit hard with the "noob protrol" and had to clean up in order to please there advertisers as well as set themselves up to attract more investors and high-profile affiliates. If they didn't, they would have went out of business in a blink of an eye, thanks to the popularity of BH and those "how do I get into CPA network" threads across the net (though the FTC ruling is also part of it as well, but again, only "part" of the reason, next to mismanagement of funds and quality control of traffic).

I seen this coming a while back, so surface to say, I'm not surprised. Even though Azoogle is my top network (no BH with them unless you don't want to get paid), I, strangely, agree with them setting the standard so high. Its a smart move for there restructuring, and now since CPA is almost a house-net hold name, they had no choice.

Expect other big networks to follow suit.

Cause and Effect guys! Remember BHW, DP, WF and the like is no longer the "best kepted secret" on the net anymore. Coincidence?

BTW, Hydra is now in constant communication with there advertisers, and are now more strictly looking over incoming traffic. Just to let you know. The fantasy is gone!

I, for one, am happy that they are starting to take a stronger stand against BH stuff and cheating the networks and advertisers. It means people like me who do nothing but WH will be in a better position. Cheating never gets you anymore in the long run.

Bitch, pleez...

These networks have been, at the least, accommodating to this stuff for years, if not out and out helping bh affiliates and -- in many cases -- engaging in it themselves.

Are you not aware that nearly all the major players on all the affiliate networks have accounts in good standing here, as well as a few with high-access status? I guess they are just here to see how the other half lives. Bitch, pleez.... These networks are just as guilty as the little guy in India trying to make a few quick bucks to feed his family. But to me, there is a distinction.

If ur scared, go to church...or go all whitehat

Oh yeah....and if this offends you, pleez neg rep. Don't get hostile. Save that for Ad Tech in April.

WHO YOU CALLIN A BITCH???

BEHIND A COMPUTER SCREEN??

Dont get hositle?? LOL

EDITED: Fuck it, I can sum up this whole response by asking a couple of questions...

First, How do you KNOW those "big players" have CPA accounts in good standing brah? Evadense speaks louder than insults.

Also, When you provide that, ask them how much MORE money the CPA network as well as the advertiser makes.

When you can answer that, then we can talk....

Intelligently!

This thread has me LMFAO.

This is "network approval 101" guys. Call within 24 hours of application and answer their questions intelligently, and you'll get in. Nothing has changed. ;)

Waiting a month for a reply by email doesn't exactly demonstrate any degree of professionalism or interest, does it?

It's open knowledge that they are here. The CEO of Copeac has an account here, MaxBounty, and many, many others. If you don't believe me, just ask someone else who has been here a while, since you think I'm a liar.

They're definitely here, no doubt about that. ;)

Hydra choice makes quite sense and will be followed by other networks in the next months.

Everyone is here because does BH or would like to do BH or at least loves BH style, but when you read methods like "fake CPA actions or fake CPA leads", why are you surprised by these changes?
They now apply the Pareto rule 80/20 that in the AM could be 90/10, only the 10% of affiliates make 90% of their earnings. Why do they have to struggle with dumb people who don't think that affiliate networks are their best "make money partners".
This is so sad for who would start now and will see bigger stakes.

I really like Hydra. Good amount of offers and good payout as well. People need to understand that most of the efforts, blackhat efforts if you will ,need to be used to involve people in a way that will make them do what we ( and the networks/merchants too ) want them to do. Not too long ago i was rubbing a zip submit on people's faces ( through adwords ) and when i asked my AM about the traffic he said that the merchant was loving it. It's not just sending a thousand of fake emails and expect to get paid or to be in business for long...
Just my single cent ;-)
