Domain without Whois Privacy

I am looking for a registrar recommendation where they don’t have Whois Privacy turned on by default, I need the registrant details to show exactly as I fill it in for the domain.

Most of the registrar that I usually use like Namecheap, Porkbun, Sav and Dynadot have whois privacy turned on by default, even if you turn it off it will still show the default whois privacy details, the information that we put in can only be viewed from their each separate own Whois checker.

I have noticed that domains from such registrar like onamae.com and webnic.cc have naked Whois details that shows exactly what we put in, however I am not sure on how to purchase from those registrar as it seems that they only sell domains in bulk for reseller.

If you know where to buy this type of domain please share, thank you!

If the price is 0 you get the whois turned on by default.
If the price is more than zero don't pay for whois and register.
Some country tlds don't have whois privacy like .us

Is there a way for sure to check whether such registrar have Whois privacy turned on by default? I was thinking something like if I can search domain list based on recent registrations by registrars… that way I can check some of the most recent domain’s Whois records to check for sure.

It's not on by default, you literally choose to "buy" it.
during checkout for namecheap for example
it's literally gets added to your cart and you can choose to have it or not.

I mean, I wish I had that much money to not review my cart and just purchase things..
 
I appreciate everyone’s response about turning it off but the thing is these registrars like namecheap for example if you turn it off, the information that gets passed into Whois usually are only the business/organization name.

What I wanted to achieve is where all the Whois details are shown
