Please, please, vow never to use a domain valuation tool. They are useless (unless you're artificially trying to inflate a price to an end user, and they are clueless about the marketplace).
The best appraisal of a naked domain, if you don't know what you're doing, comes from comps (recent domain sales)... just like in real estate.
Saleawards.com isn't worth anything. I'm sorry.
@PHP-Rockstars there are domain appraisal threads all over BHW, some from the Cenezoic era. I ran across a megathread recently, but as I recall, it was from 2015ish. Probably best to leave that dinosaur alone

To add on what has been said, you need to look at sale history, the best website around is https://namebio.com/ There may be many others depending on tld, niche, etc.. But in general that, and expireddomains should give you a clear idea on what relevant domains might be worth.
