Domain Name Transfer ande Saving money

Lots of sites have offers on .com domains like 99p or $0.99 for the FIRST year

then i get expensive like £10.99 per year

Is it a good way to save money by transferring domains to different providers?

I mean as its your first year with them will they give the introductory low first year price?

I have all domains into two registrar accounts for my main website, would be a big hussle to keep changing providers just to save $10.. but if you need that money so bad.. I guess you could try..

I would suggest you to just renew the license. After all, it's an investment.

As far as i know, These 99cent offers won't work for transfer of domain name from one registrar to another. You have to register a new domain with them to avail this type of offer. Moreover one name per customer is allowed to enjoy this offer.

yeah im thinking of cancelling domains and just adding them as subdomains to my main site

its just that domains i buy on impulse but they dont perform. I have a 2 year old domain I have in the past paid to get backlinks, seo etc.. but im not getting much natural traffic on it. but as it is 2 years old should i cancel it or try and sell it for profit. As some domain valuation services say its worth about $150 but how accurate are they?
