I recently bought a bundle of domains and most of these domains seem legit and fine. However one of the domains is carrying the name of a tv series with a .watch tld.

It obviously will rank high in search engines as it has about 70000 searches (and 25.000 SEOT) per month with the right content. But also I am pretty sure that this is a copyright infringement and I don't have the time or money to deal with any legal complaints.

So my question is what shall i do with this domain? Sell it? Who is gonna buy it? Park it? (I guess thats already an infringement) Ask the registrar to delete it? (to avoid any issues).

I am quite thankful for advise.

I got a letter from Goole this week as I owned a domain that had one of their trademarks and chose to give it to them. I've received letters from other companies over the years.

I just rode the wave until they asked for them and then relinquished them once I got the legal letters.

I'd ride the wave if I were you as long as you know it will probably come to an end.

It should be better to get it deleted. Read more about Cybersquatting.

Don't worry, first you will get letters to delete domains. Not one letter. I've got 4 letter from ebay and ~8 from verizon before I replied them, no action were taken against me. It was not on purpose, I wasn't checking those emails. So create a simple website to which you easy can say goodbye, and wait for letters ;D be sure that email in your whois info is valid and you have access to it.

Many ways you can go about it. All in which would fall in either of these two categories, whitehat or blackhat.

Either way, they'll eventually come to an end.

If you were to look into BH possibilities, you could always transfer the domain to an offshore host.
