Try Dynadot if you haven’t. They offer 1 Free Email alias, DNS management and Whois Privacy.
Never tried but thanks for your suggestion.

Porkbun, Cloudflare And Namecheap Both Provide Domain , DNS ( email Forwarding ) and whois privacy

you can purchase real email service from them , namecheap offer very cheap and also porkbun too ,

I have domains at Dynadot too & haven't really looked for somewhere else to be since they provided everything I wanted besides DNSSEC which was a shame.
Can recommend them
Staff support is also friendly and helpful
I don't use their email service, but just checking it took a minute tops to get it set up
mailbox looks pretty basic but has more or less what you need in a mailbox.
Thanks I will check but I am looking for a client who has few hundreds domains. They need all in one.
