Dynadot suspending domains.

Dynadot has just suspended my domain for allegedly violating their conditions and considering my domain as fraud.

It was a big surprise as the domain is 100% legit and there isn't anything fraudulent hosted.

I was given no notice and no evidence was provided. It's all shady as hell.

They got no customer service phone number. On their live chat support, they say domain suspensions are beyond their scope of work. All my emails remain unanswered while I generate loss due to the suspension.

Any idea how to deal with this? Beware of that registrar.

Dynadot started doing since last month, reading it on a lot of places, I don't know what happened to them.

Not just them. Many domain resellers are doing it now.

I have quite alot of domains there
for a long time too, they always been good to me
When chat doens't work out for me, I usually go with the email route
[email protected] they answer decently fast.

Write a poste like this on X (Twitter) and tag @dynadot or the CEO and you can find some help there

Ask them for the proof. They cannot suspend without court orders or enforcement orders.

Not true. They can suspend at any point for any cause.
