Would you recommend creating website on a .com or .org domain extension if the subject concerns a political party?

When it is about politics, I would go for a .lie extension.

Noting your useless presence on this thread, it seems that the closing of 8chan is really causing collateral damage to other sites.

I would say first try .com if not available then go with other extensions!

Have you ever heard of sarcasm? It is the lounge.
On a serious note (as it seems that you can't take a joke), you will do better with the .org as it stands for an organization.

I'd say .org is a better choice, but it doesn't really matter. .com was originally intended for commercial businesses, but it's what people are used to these days.

If you look at what else is out there, most major political parties in the US seem to use .org

Register both and do a redirect to be on the safe side.

LOL! Thanks for the "serious note".

Yes, both .com and .org have been registered. Just figuring out now which one would be better.
