Domain.com Account Held by Admin

Hi, I had an account registered with domain.com. After Registration I had a message that stated that my account had been temporally suspended and that I should contact the system admin.
Its been 48 hours now and Ive had no reply from the system admin meaning my the new domain I registered may be grounded.
What should I do to avoid similar issues as I have had same with Godaddy and wasn't comfortable sharing my information with them so I stopped using them. Could my domain name try to register be nicked ? Thanks
