Takes a while. If you try to go from zero to 35 overnight you may well get called out.
You'd need to put a lot of effort in on content and multiple sources of back links.
However, of speed is more important than brand you can probably buy a domain with a DA from a dropcatch serviceserv $500-1000 depending on niche.

Official statement is every 24 hours. However, I find it to be longer and they find links overall slower than let's say Google or Ahrefs.
So they have to first find them -> add them to index -> refresh index -> update of public stats
Not to mention the link must probably pass a few filters to be added in the fist place.
I would say we're looking at 10 days minimum.
