I'm sure Google doesn't give a s**t to DA. It has it's ranking system in terms of domain/brand value.
On Fiverr you can find some guys who are doing this, but worthless to have high DA meanwhile you have bad quality content.

DA is NOT ranking factor. Google cannot care less for Moz metrics. You need to increase you DA only if you are selling links or trying to sell your website. Apart of that is useless.
