Hello,

I want to get back in the social media game. I did it in 2016 when the whole SMMA thing started to blow up. The problem was that since I wasn`t an expert, I let other people tell me what to do, and it was a disaster.
I`m not gonna do that again, I`m gonna start for free and build up a portfolio (working 3-5 months then asking for money)

The problems and my question is the following. If I post on Facebook groups with entrepreneurs and I state in my post that I`m looking for people.
What kind of people would I state that to? Well, I have a simple question to weed out the bad ones?

Do you think, regarding social media management, you are smarter than me and know better what to post than I do?

Will posting this in my free post, where I say I`m gonna deliver free social media services for a couple of months, make it a lot more difficult to find clients?

I`m looking for 10 clients for some I`m gonna post 3 times a week for some 2 times a week. In case one of these "SMART ONES" gets by my filter and says you were shit and you don`t deserve a recommendation from me.

Do you think that if I state the kind of people that I`m looking for are not those cheapstakes that think they know it all and still live with their mom and think that their shitty company with 2 employees is as valuable as NVIDIA or MICROSOFT?

What are some good questions to post in that thread to weed out the smart idiots?
Thank you

Honestly if you lead with "I'm smarter than you and know better what to post" you're gonna scare off the good ones too. Confidence is cool but that filter reads like a red flag. Free work for 3 to 5 months is a long time. Clients who value you will pay you sooner. The ones who won't are exactly the cheapskates you're trying to avoid. Maybe start with a paid pilot project instead of giving away months of labor. You'll filter better that way.
