As of today 17.08.2020 - Update! ! !
Keyword: All keywords moved up to a superior position and did not move since 03.08.2020.
The only hard keyword(which was my aim) "buy backlinks" is now in the top 50.
DA = 40.
No penalty whatsoever. I guess I'll update next month, whenever there's another change. As i said, i update when there's a change(and I notice it).

I think a penalty or drop but overtime it will benefit.
What you should try is boost those links before bringing the website live (maybe not 2.5mln, sounds too much).
That is what i am trying, sending backlinks when website is under construction. I also feel like they get counted more, as if Google doesn't check too much since the website is not alive
