I'm a Colorado native too but spent last winter/spring in FL near Daytona Beach. I loved Florida but Daytona is just different, so many trashy people it was a very negative place to be.

It's not acceptable to tape a dogs mouth. I don't think it's okay for alligators neither. But she just can't. why not fkn tape her mouth? Anyways she's stupider than stupid that's for sure.
 
Mixed emotions. Poor dog getting abused like that, but I did feel sorry for the canine as well.
