“Doesn’t allow message request from everyone” issue

Okay so this is a new one for me, I bought some aged accounts couple days ago and today I tried dming some new followers for the first time and I get this error message “Doesn’t allow message request from everyone” every time and these are people who follow me. I figure there is no way all these accounts have messages turned off so I then dmd one of my other accounts (not one of recently purchased) and I get the same error and I know for a fact I have no messages or messages requests turned off on that account. What’s the issue and does anyone know how to fix?

Maybe account was reported for spamming by previous owner

Just wait a couple of days, maybe a month and it will be solved... The account might be flagged for spamming

Hey did you solve this? im having the same issue , im getting "you cant message this accout unless they follow you" AND "not everyone can message this account"
