Does YouTube shadow ban or favor mobile uploads for shorts?

I run TikTok and Instagram accounts and want to start uploading the videos on YouTube shorts, but I was wondering if YouTube is the same as in if you create too many accounts on an ip or a device and don't warm it up they'll shadow ban you?

It's also common advice to upload videos to TikTok and Insta on your phone rather than desktop, I was wondering if that was the case for YouTube shorts specifically.

I just want to prepare properly to not deal with any headaches, do you guys use privacy browsers and proxies for multiple YT shorts channels or is that not necessary?

YouTube does not officially shadow ban content, including Shorts, regardless of how they are uploaded. The algorithm prioritizes content based on engagement and viewer behavior, not the upload method. There is no clear evidence that mobile uploads receive preferential treatment over other methods.

Of course a natural real user will upload via mobile. The system is designed like that. Just like other platforms using desktop to upload is suspicious.
