You can. I've seen monetized channels that use AI voice. But as far as I know, YouTube doesn't like Ai voiceovers and might demonetize if the channel if they detect Ai voice.
YouTube's policies require content creators to have the necessary rights and permissions to use any audio, including text-to-speech-generated voices, in their videos. So i think it's a future risk
