Yes, but i have custom made tool for voiceovers. Public are pretty bad and can be detected by Youtube!

Do they care? If the quality of the video is good and has something that hooks the viewer, probably not.
There are many channels out there that are monetized with AI voice.
Make sure your content is helpful, and the videos are on point.

If you just look up "Wojak" videos, you'll find you can get away with them happily if you use them professionally in your video editing and production. I don't think there is any policy against that. Only if you have a program that procedurally does it from the command line. Thats an issue.
If you are building clips in Adobe Premier, and adding video and music, then I think you'll be fine.
For good quality voice I recommend play.ht I used them for ages, and just made the switch to hyper realistic last couple of weeks. Not going back to the standard voices now. Even though pricing is the same.

It might work for some time but YouTube will never rank such spam on their platform for long. They want content to be user friendly not made with AI.

They have the smartest engineers out there in there team. If they decide to after AI content, they can catch it easily.
