Does youtube count watch time from other sites ?

I was wondering if when someone watches an embed video on say Reddit those are counted towards watch time ?

Good, I wrote a small bot that runs on scraped proxies that uses twitter, reddit etc links to watch YouTube vids. Looks like it does the job I intended, I just got the hours watched refresh from yesterday and its added 130 hours across 7 shitty videos.
I was scratching my head because it still only had like 3 hours, now I realize it only updates stats once a day lol
