Little backstory for you:
I used to run 3 warehouses in the freight industry and the largest one was in North Florida.
I had 2 men that "ran the floor" meaning they were in charge of any freight that came in and dispatching it as they saw fit.
One guy, Rodney, was super country and sometimes when he talked I had to ask a driver who was a friend what he said (I'd hire him again in a New York minute).
Worked out perfectly.
The other guy, Bobby, was Indosinian and had a thick accent but we all understood him, respected his call and was actually a family friend (good friend that details do not matter but I'd love to have him in our lives again as would my wife).
Dude was a beast.
Both guys did tremendous work, made my life easy as their bosses and I had to work a little to understand them.
I do the same here (all staff members do) as all should; perfect English is not going to be in every thread or post but giving it a good run to the best of your ability will generate respect for you.
Don't apologize for Non-Perfect English.
