White Hat is just Black Hat with less risk involved. It works but needs more investment. I recommend it for real business websites and long term projects.

You have to understand that blackhat will always be around.
The problem with blackhat SEO is that it is fast-evolving to be a rich person's game.

The days of the small one-man-band operation when it comes to low budgets and low time commitments are way past us.
You better have enough cash and time to commit to blackhat SEO, and you will be richly rewarded.

With every new update, players who don't want to adapt get wiped out.
This presents a tremendous opportunity to players with the money, time, and discipline.
